Issue of a Right-of-Entry permit to Caltrans to construct an ADA compliant walkway along the east-bound side of Highway 299w, in the town of Shasta. The area of work covered under the ROE beings at the intersection of Red Bluff road and continues west where it will tie into an existing pathway inside Shasta State Historic Park, at the intersection of Highway 299w and Buell Alley, continuing west to the existing sidewalk at the Historic Southside Ruins.
