SWRCB is the responsible agency. The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Program is providing state funds for the project. The LA Department of Water and Power proposes to construct an ultra violet treatment facility within the existing Van Norman Complex to meet the Long Term 2 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule.
