The Project includes activities related to the installation of a new fish screen and permanent bypass for Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) re-licensing of the Spring Gap-Stanislaus Hydroelectric Project (FERC #2130). Amendment No. 3 includes modifying meausres protecting nesting birds, to allow for variances from prescribed buffers.
