Document Description
A geotechnical investigation is necessary to determine appropriate paving structural section(s) will include machine and hand auger borings approximately12 inches in diameter and up to a depth of 26 feet at various locations where proposed parking expansion facilities are located within Montara State Beach. Existing site conditions are a mixture of exposed soil, where existing parking is occurring, and mainly non-native vegetation is present. Borings will not occur within drainage areas of the park.
