Document Description
The project proposes to install a wet fire sprinkler system and related fire alarm work in Argo Hall. Scope of work would include seismic upgrades, ADA accessibility compliance, renovation of the exterior concrete vertical fins, painting of the facility and new finishes. Evaluation and assessment of building systems and prioritization of upgrades is to be included in the project. Construction is planned to be done during the summer of 2014.
