Document Description
Perform repairs to the swimming pool at Asilomar STate Beach and Conference Grounds to fix leaks and cracks. Work will:
Drain pool.
Remove Plaster.
Saw cut beam down 24" and remove 180' of existing tile and coping.
Perform plumbing repairs as necessary.
Install pegs and dowels and new steel frame.
Re-gunite pool surface.
Re-plaster pool and install tile.
