1. A Large Lot Tentative Subdivision Map to allow the subdivision of four parcels totaling 1,022.3 acres into 67 large lots for phasing and financing purposes. The Large Lot Tentative Subdivision Map includes the abandonment of the following onsite portions of easements:
a. Right-of-way per 19961030 OR. 607.
b. Public utility easement per 19961030 O.R. 607
2. A Design Review to determine substantial compliance with the Sacramento County Countywide Design Guidelines (Design Guidelines).
