Document Description
The purpose of the Proposed Project/Action is to construct and operate a new recycled water system to replace/augment existing irrigation supplies in the City's service area. The Addendum assesses the effects of minor changes to the alignment of recycled water facilities in order to achieve design efficiencies. The net effect of the changes is approximately 2.0 miles of new or repurposed pipeline.
