The Manteca Unified School District (MUSD) is considering the construction of a K-8 school at the Project site. The school will serve approximately 850 students with about 26 classrooms. The school will include parking and access roads, playing fields, a gymnasium, and other ancillary uses. The school will be developed to serve the student population that is growing in southwest Manteca. The property is located at 19589 South McKinley Avenue in Manteca. The approximately 17-acre site is a portion of a larger 1.38 acre parcel designated as Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 241-250-02 located at the northwest corner of McKinley Avenue and Woodward Avenue.
