Document Description
The project includes development of approximately 351.5 acres into 1,444 dwelling units consisting of residential, parks, and open spaces. Nearly all the project area will be graded including Deadman Gulch. Modifications to Deadman Gulch include a widened channel corridor to create a meandering low flow channel and floodplain. Five off-channel water-quality basins and outfall structures will be created to treat stormwater runoff prior to discharge into the channel. The amendment modifies the compensatory mitigation requirement from purchasing of offsite mitigation credits to the onsite permanent protection of the Deadman Gulch corridor
