- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0051-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, East Bay Municipal Utility District. The annual placement of spawning gravel in a 1-mile reach of the river, and the annual construction and/or maintenance of small 0.5 to 1-acre ephemeral floodplain habitats within the historic floodplain of the Mokelumne River Day Use Area.
