Project includes entitlement applications for General Plan Amendment (GP13/14-001), Rezone (RZ13/14-002), Tentative Subdivision Map (SM13/14-001), Planned Unit Development (PD13/14-001) and Site Plan/Architectural Review (AR13/14-005). The project site is located in the incorporated area of the City of Suisun City. The property is adjacent to Walters Road to the west, East Tabor Avenue to the north, Charleston Street to the east, and Carswell Lane and Carswell Court to the south. The site is approximately 8.6 acres in size and is currently undeveloped. The residential lots are proposed to range from approximately 3,000 square feet to 6,000 square feet in land area and proposed homes would have two stories and would be approximately 2,000 square feet in size. The project proposes multiple access points from existing roadways. The main access into the residential portion of the property is proposed via East Tabor Avenue with additional access via Charleston Street and Carswell Lane. Access to the commercial parcel will be via East Tabor Avenue and a right turn in / right turn out access via Walters Drive.
