The Project includes adoption of a Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan for the City to facilitate non-automotive transportation in the community. The project also includes a number of amendments to the Dublin General Plan, Downtown Dublin Specific Plan, Eastern Dublin Specific Plan, Dublin Village Historic Area Specific Plan the Dublin Zoning Ordinance to facilitate bicycle and pedestrian improvements.
