Document Description
The project will allow Sunrise Recreation and Park District (SRPD) to convey to the Sacramento Area Sewer District (SASD) property rights required for SASD's Creek Protection Project Phase II, for property located within Stock Ranch Preserve in Citrus Heights. SASD requires an Easement for Sewer and a Temporary Construction Easement. SASD will begin construction in spring 2015 to repair or modify several sewer pipes that cross local waterways at two specific locations within the Stock Ranch Preserve.
