Document Description
The District proposes to construct a new, permanent facility to replace the temporary trailers currently serving harvest crew activities. The new facilities would be constructed on a currently undeveloped 3.4-acre site within the SRWTP footprint and would include a 3,100 sf harvest crew building, two covered equipment storage structures, a metal storage building, paved parking area, landscaping, and lighting. Building design would be similar to other buildings at the SRWTP, would have a concrete-mortar exterior with a flat roof, and would be approximately 20 feet tall. The facilities would connect to existing electrical, water, storm drainage, and wastewater collection infrastructure adjacent to the project site.
