Document Description
The proposed project consists of two components, a Medical Office Building and a new City of Citrus Heights City Hall. The proposed Medical Office Building would consist of a three-story approximately 68,727 sf building and be constructed at the site of the existing City Hall on Fountain Square Drive. The two-story City Hall building would consist of approximately 35,000 sf of office and community space and 177 parking spaces would be provided. The city Hall site would also include a Corporation Yard for storage of city vehicles, equipment, and materials.
