Request to establish a 104 foot monopole, 11' x 16' pre-fabricated equipment shelter, 30 kw standby generator with 132 gallon fuel tank, underground power, telephone equipment, and supporting equipment within a 1,600 sf lease area on a 39.03 acre parcel. Antennas (9) will be mounted at 100-foot centerline. A 15 foot wide road will be created to access the site. The created access road will be 20 feet in length.
