Document Description
The project is a multi-family development that includes 211 residential units and parking ina single seven story building consisting of a five level wood frame structure on a podium over a two story parking garage. The unit mix includes: 11 studios, 95 one-bedrooms, and 82 two bedrooms, and 23 three-bedrooms. The project also includes landscaped common areas and plazas; a lobby, leasing office, and mall rooms; a fitness room; a dog spa; and a bike spa. The south entry and exit onto Shellmound Street provides vehicle access to the site through the parking garage and loading area. The two levels of parking provided within the building-at grade and on the second floor-provide a total of 264 vehicle parking spaces and 211 bicycle parking spaces.
