The project also includes landscaped common areas and plazas, lobby, leasing office, mail room, fitness room, dog spa, bike spa, and the main elevator bank in a ground-floor space. The south entry and exit onto Shellmound Street provides vehicle access to the site through the parking garage and loading area. The two levels of parking provided within the building - at-grade and on the second floor - provide a total of 264 vehicle parking spaces and 225 bicycle parking spaces.
