Document Description
Project received a grant from DWR Urban Streams Restoration Program to fund Phase 1. The project consists of in-stream channel improvements to Rohner Creek and Hillside Creek, the replacement fo five bridges, a Rohner Creek floodplain swale and channel improvements through existing undeveloped agricultural pastures, and retrofitting of the 12th Street culvert. The improvements, in conjunction with the larger project, will convey flows up to the 100 year even and allow smaller flows to regularly inundate the inset floodplain along Rohner Creek, restoring channel-floodplain connectivity.
