Document Description
Development of a dairy processing, packaging and distribution plant. This business would operate 24 hours per day utilizing three shifts and ~20 persons per shit. There is expected to be ~40 tanker trucks of raw milk delivered to the plant per day. Domestic water needs are estimated at 200,000 gallons per day. The project includes a 116,287 sf building with ~70 ft. tall silo tanks and 135 ft. tall drying towers. Parking areas, landscaping, other on-site improvements, street frontage improvements associated with the project would also be developed. A mitigated negative declaration is proposed.
