Document Description
The City of Turlock filed an application to appropriate water from the San Joaquin River by permit with the SWRCB. Turlock proposes to appropriate up to 13,393 acre-feet of water per year made available by its tertiary recycled water discharge to the San Joaquin River pursuant to CA Water Code Section 1485. Water appropriated under this right will be diverted at the Patterson Irrigation District (PID) Intake and conveyed through the PID Canal and the Delta-Mentoda Canal, for ultimate delivery and irrigation use at the Del Puerto Water District.
