Document Description
The City of Turlock proposes to appropriate and convey to Del Puerto Water District up to 13,400 acre feet per year of San Joaquin River, pursuant to California Water Code Section 1485. The area affected by the project (Action Area) is defined as the San Joaquin River from the Harding Drain Bypass Pipeline downstream to the PID Intake and Main Canal, and the Delta-Mendota Canal from the Patterson Irrigation District Discharge to existing DPWD connection to the canal.
