Document Description
Use permit to bring an existing unpermitted facility (i.e., private, seasonal fishing camp) into compliance with County Code. The project would entail minor additions and renovations to the existing facility. Improvements include: remodeling of existing structures to meet fire codes; grading of pathways for ADA accessibility; conversion of two existing double occupancy cabins to single occupancy cabins; conversion of an existing double occupancy cabin to a storage building; removal of the existing "outhouse" consisting of a chemical toilet; construction of two small restroom/shower facilities; installation of septic tank and leach field; construction of a double occupancy cabin; construction of a four-person cabin, and construction of a vented roof structure over the fire pit.
