The proposed program includes the preparation and implementation of a Maintenance Plan that would allow District facilities to operate at their current/designed capacity; maintenance would include activities such as, but not limited to, sediment removal, vegetation management, and repair of structures. Proposed maintenance activities would not include new construction or alteration of facilities for the purpose of expanding facility capacity.
