The Pellissier Ranch Solar Photovoltaic (PV) project involves the construction and operation of a solar facility on a portion of a vacant, 227-acre site currently owned by the City of Riverside and alocated within the jurisdictional boundary of the City of Colton. The project site is comprised of eight parcels of land ranging from five to 84 acres in size.
