Document Description
The City of La Habra is proposing to improve the level of service and increase the vehicular capacity of the intersection of Whittier Boulevard and Hacienda Road. The Proposed Project would restore the northbound approach of Hacienda Road and widen and restripe the southbound approach of Hacienda Road and the westbound and eastbound approaches of Whittier Boulevard. The traffic signal for north-south split phase operation on Hacienda Road would be modified while the existing southbound right-turn overlap phase would be maintained. The existing crosswalk on the east leg of the intersection would be relocated to the west leg of the intersection.
