he Oasis Area Irrigation System Expansion Project's EIR and its Addendum, certified and approved by the Coachella Valley Water District Board of Directors on March 10, 2015 and November 8, 2022, respectively, adequately addressed the environmental effects of that part of the project that involves the IID, i.e., certain upgrades to the IID electrical system to provide power to the project's pump stations. IID will use these findings in approving that portion of the project affecting IID.
