CDFW has executed streambed alteration agreement no 1600-2015-0001-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Kaweah Delta Water Conservation District.
The project includes activities related to the construction of a within-channel basin to widen the channel cross section and reduce peak flows, and an in-channel concrete Replogle flume to measure flows moving downstream of the basin.
