Document Description
The Project would consist of the construction, operation and maintenance of a water management basin for the purposes of flood control and groundwater recharge. The basin will be excavated below natural grade with the material being temporarily stockpiled on-site and then transported off-site in response to local demands for the export. A Repogle Flume will be constructed within Johnson Slough at the downstream boundary of the basin to retain, attenuate and measure flows within the channel.
