The Applicant proposes to amend the County General Plan to re-designate a 5.22 portion of a 13.06 acre parcel from Agriculture to Community Commercial to allow specific retail, office and pubic facility uses. This will result in a formation of public water system regulated by the State Board. The Water System consists of a groundwater well located in the northeast corner. The distribution system consists of 4 to 6-inch PVC pipes. There are two storage tanks which are isolated from the domestic supply.
