CVWD proposes the extension of domestic water, sanitary sewer, and agricultural drainage infrastructure in the right-of-way of Hammond Road and Johnson Street, southeast of the unincorporated community of Mecca, CA. The improvements will directly serve the San Cristobal Labor Housing and Los Vinedos Mobile Home Park project that has been approved by Riverside County for development at the southeast corner of Hammond Road and Avenue 68.
