Document Description
Eastern Municipal Water District (District) proposes to construct and operate a new sewer located directly south of Salt Creek along the Riverside County Flood Control maintenance road. The purpose of the project is to build the infrastructure necessary to support approved land uses in and around the Winchester Hills Specific Plan (No. 293). See Figure 3 - Proposed Facilities. The new sewer includes the installation of approximately 10,300 linear feet of pipeline ranging from 15-inch diameter to 21-inch diameter. The project would be constructed at a depth of approximately 15 feet, within existing rights-of-way and along the Riverside County Flood Control maintenance road. The proposed project also considers the construction of approximately 8,700 linear feet of 18-inch diameter water pipeline to server the 1627 pressure zone; approximately 10,200 linear feet of water pipeline ranging from 18-inch diameter to 36-inch diameter to serve the 1719 pressure zone; and approximately 23,000 linear feet of 18-inch recycled water pipeline to be installed along Olive Avenue and Domenigoni Parkway.
