Document Description
The proposed project involves a number of site improvements and upgrades to the Western Christian Schools Claremont Campus, which currently consists of a number of buildings, structures, and other site improvements. The proposed project involves the construction of a new multipurpose building; construction of a new pool restroom and storage building; improvements to the western portion of the campus to expand and upgrade the playfields and hardcourts; parking area and circulation improvements to the northeastern portion of the campus; and other miscellaneous site improvements (e.g., landscaping, perimeter fencing, upgrades to walkways) along the eastern boundary and public right-of-way. Development of the proposed project requires demolition of existing buildings, structures, parking areas and drive aisles, playfields and hardcourts, and other site improvements, and removal of a number of mature and immature trees.
