The proposed project is a Tentative Parcel Map of a 10.857 acre property to allow: 1) a Lot Line Adjustment between two existing parcels; and 2) a Lot Split creating three parcels with newly configured shared boundaries (See Attachment 2). Existing Parcel 1 is a 4.098-acre lot (APN: 059-440-012) and existing Parcel 2 is a 6.759-acre lot (APN: 059-440-014).
