Document Description
Kaiser Permanente is proposing the development of a multiphase, state-of-the-art medical center, including the development of approximately 824,500 sf of high-end advanced medical services facilities and retail, commercial, and ancillary uses. The medical uses may include state-of-the-art ambulatory care facilities, outpatient medical office clinics and buildings, urgent care facilities, radiation-oncology services, a central utility plant, and a 254-bed hospital with surface and structure parking and related ancillary uses. Kaiser Permanente is proposing a specific plan amendment, an amendment to the existing Development Agreement to vest rights to develop Phase I of the project, a new 25-year Development Agreement with the City to vest rights to develop Phases II-V of the project, a master development plan, a lot lien adjustment/vesting tentative parcel map, and other subject permits for the project.
