Document Description
The project proposes to redevelop a 3.7-acre former automotive dealership into an approximately 43,500 sf market and a 3,200 sf restaurant pad. To support these proposed uses, the project also includes parking (199 spaces), three access driveways on Lincoln Avenue, project frontage improvements on Lincoln Avenue and North Broadway, landscaping, on-site utility improvements, and connections to off-site utilities. The project also includes extending two eastbound SR-78 left turn-lanes to North Broadway prior to the restaurant occupancy. The redevelopment of the site would involve demolition of the existing structures and pavement, grading and construction. Off-site mitigation includes various street improvements and on-street parking removal.
