Note: 60 Day Review per lead The proposed project is a comprehensive update of the Mono County General Plan, the Regional Transportation Plan (RTP), three elements of the Integrated Waste Management Plan (IWMP), and associated actions. The project include goals, objectives, policies, actions, implementation programs, regulations and ordinances, and the repeal of a specific plan. The General Plan, RTP and IWMP cover the unincorporated areas. The RTP also applies to the town of Mammoth Lakes, and the IWMP addresses solid waste issues within the town. The General Plan and RTP update continue to focus growth in an adjacent to existing communities to avoid growth in environmentally sensitive areas, and support sustainable, healthy, and livable communities. The project will replace the currently adopted General Plan, RTP and IWMP.
