SWRCB is a responsible agency for this project. The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water Proposition 84 Program is providing state funds for the project. The Pixley Public Utility District proposes to construct and equip two 585-ft deep groundwater wells (wells 5 and 6), modifications to wells 2A and 3A, abandonment of wells 1 and 4, and installation of the following: - One 600,000 gallon water storage tank - Two 15,000 gallon hydropneumatic tanks, - Chlorination facilities, - Booster pumps, and - Approximately 15,800 lf of pipeline.
