The Calvary Chapel Bible Fellowship is proposing Plot Plan No. 24883 and Change of Zone No. 07782. Plot Plan No. 24833 (PP 24883) consists of the construction of a 2,480 sf special occasions facility and restroom building, a 68,389 sf open air wedding ceremony assembly area, a 768 sf residence (Phase 1), a 31,496 sf church building comprised of classrooms, offices, assembly areas, and porches (Phase II), and a 49,379 sf church building for the sanctuary, offices, restrooms, and porches (Phase III). Change of Zone No. 07782 (CZ 7782) and its associated amendment to Ordinance No. 348 proposes to amend Riverside County Ordinance No. 348, Section 14.73 subsection b. to include churches, temples and other places of religious worship as a permitted use, subject to Plot Plan approval in the Citrus/Vineyard Zone (C/V Zone), and amend Section 14.74 of Ordinance No. 348 to include development standards for churches, temples and other places of religious worship in the C/V Zone.
