Document Description
The proposed project includes a General Plan Amendment request to change the existing Land Use Designation of Residential Ranchette with corresponding Zoning of RR-10 to Planned Development with corresponding Zoning of Planned Residential Development 125 Dwelling Units (PRD-125). The project also includes a Vesting Tentative Tract Map to divide the 138.6-acre Key Site 3 parcel into: 1) 125 residential lots that range in size from 3,135 s.f. to 15,590 sf; 2) seven private open space lots; 3) one public open space lot, 4) three lots for private roadways; and, 3) two lots for condominium development.
