Document Description
CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0227-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, County of Merced. Project includes activities related to the replacement of an existing two-lane 87 foot long 22-foot wide, five-span timber structure with a new 105 foot long, 39-foot wide three-span flat slab bridge over the realignment of the road approaches, and the relocation of the O'Donnell Lateral Canal. The Amendment includes the modification to the impacts discussion and to avoidance and minimization measures regarding special status species.
