The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SBR-45469-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, San Bernardino County Department of Public Works. The Project is limited to improving a section of Needles Highway by pulverizing and removing asphalt concrete; cement treating subgrade; cold planning existing asphalt concrete; constructing asphalt concrete over compacted pulverized asphalt concrete or base, concrete cut off walls, and non-grouted rock slope protection.
