Document Description
The City proposed Project included a replacement of an inactive water production well (Well 36) with a new high production water well (Well 59) that will have a horsepower of 350-400 horsepower, a pumping capacity of 2000-3000 gallons per minute, and an approx. depth of 1400 feet. The new well will be located approx. 42 feet NE of the existing well and it will be enclosed within a roll-away enclosure. The project also includes the construction of a new block wall building for storage of two hypochlorite tanks and an ammonia tank (if needed, in the future). Up to six ornamental trees will be removed but will be replaced in kind following construction. Will 36 will be destroyed per State and local regulations.
