Document Description
This project proposes to initiate the conversion of approximately 300 feet of Black Oak Trail west (an old ranching/logging road) immediately north of the intersection with Milk Ranch Road. The end result will be a usable road bed for a very limited time (July 2014 -- October 2014), before rehabbing it to a trail.
