Document Description
Project is to replace the aging main water line with high density polyethylene extruded (HDPE) piping which is flexible and can withstand an earth movement event. A new trench will be dug adjacent to the existing line to lay the new piping. Once installed, then connections will be made to the well, water tanks and main supply valve to eliminate the old piping which will be left in place to avoid undue disturbance.
