Document Description
Repair the historic Residence #8 (Broderick House) within Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park to maintain the structure. Work will:
Replace corroded water pipes in kitchen and bathroom.
Replace electric components, including the main exterior electric panel.
Replace kitchen cabinets, kitchen sink and oven/stove ventilation hood.
Replace bathroom sink and toilet.
Replace vinyl flooring in kitchen adn replace carpet in bedroom, dining room and living room with floating wood laminate flooring which require no nails or glue for installation
