The Berryessa Pines neighborhood has approximately 80 homes and is located uphill from the west shore of Lake Berryessa in eastern Napa County. The fuel Break will act to stop or slow a fire originating along the shore of the lake, which will enhance the wildland fire protection of the community and facilitate the suppression of a wildfire by firefighting personnel.
