Document Description
The proposed project includes the adoption of the Upper Santa Margarita Watershed 2014 IRWM Plan Update (IRWM Plan). The IRWM Plan identifies potential projects and priorities for a watershed region to manage the water resources for the Upper Santa Margarita Watershed. The IRWM Plan was upaded in 2014 to further enhance the Region's efforts to facilitate sustainable water supplies by evaluating opportunities to develop coordinated, regional approaches to water resource management including the identification of more efficient water use, conjunctive use of local water sources, protection and improvementt of water quality, and environmental stewardship.
