Document Description
Project will install a new HVAC system and tankless water heating system in the Fallon Hotel at Columbia State Historic Park to replace the outdated and inefficient systems. Work will install 67"HX49"WX31"D condensing unit by cutting a 2" diameter hole in the roof and seal welding' install three 4"LX12"W sheetrock cut-ins at the ceiling; install heating and cooling elements using existing ducting; remove heat exchangers and replace with DC Ducted Concealed Ceiling Units; channel line sets through southeast corner linen closet, build and installa wood cover to hide exposed line sets; and remove the old dilapidated water heating system and replace with tankless water heater.
